Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made to HACNEX are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes:
- Digital products
- Tools & scripts
- Source code
- Subscriptions
- Security audits
- Penetration testing services
- Reports
- Consultations
- Custom work
- Research deliverables
Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are allowed.
Why Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds cannot be provided because:
- Digital items are delivered instantly
- Most services start immediately
- Digital goods cannot be returned
- Custom/security work is irreversible
- Resources are allocated instantly at purchase
Your payment signifies agreement to this policy.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive a product due to a system error, we will:
- Re-deliver the item
- Re-activate access
- Provide support
Issues caused by customer error such as wrong email, misuse, or incorrect input are not eligible for refunds.
Subscription Fees
Subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing, but:
- No partial refunds

Chargeback attempts will lead to account termination.
Custom Work
All custom tools, scripts, and private projects require full upfront payment and are non-refundable once work begins.
Fraud or Abuse
If fraudulent or abusive activity is detected:

No Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback violates our terms. If a chargeback is attempted:
- Access will be removed
- Licenses will be revoked
- Legal recovery steps may begin
Company-Initiated Correction 24-HOUR RULE
Although customer payments are strictly non-refundable, HACNEX reserves the right to correct internal payout mistakes within 24 hours, such as:
- Incorrect priority/severity assignment
- Incorrect reward amount
- Payment miscalculations
- System or processing errors
In such cases, the company may:
- Modify the payout
- Reduce the payout
- Cancel the payout
- Reverse or refund the mistakenly issued amount
This correction applies ONLY to rewards issued by HACNEX, not to customer purchases. All customer purchases remain strictly non-refundable.
